Welcome to A Cook's Tour, a brand new idea from the leading luxury caterer, Rocket. Join us for a live cookery masterclass with ingredients and wines delivered to your doorstep, and a restaurant quality meal at the end of it. Susie will be joining the team for this special tour to Italy, discussing her wine selections for the menu with Chef Ryan Stafford as he guides you to risotto perfection.
